Email Matchbook supportEmail us with whatever you know (your name and your friend’s name is enough) and we’ll remove the profile. You can also just ask your friend; deleting a profile is instant and permanently ends its chats.
Type STOP as a message, or tap End chat. Either person can do it, it works immediately, and it can’t be undone.
Use the Report action at the bottom of any profile page or in the chat header, or email us the link. Zero tolerance: we act within 24 hours.
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It permanently erases your roster, photos, and all chats. If you can’t get into the app, email us from your account email.
Links die when a profile is hidden, marked taken, or deleted, and chats end permanently after STOP. Ask your wingperson for a fresh link.
